Shipping policy

At Foresttrail, we strive to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional events, inventory audits, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes between 5–10 business days within the United States.

Shipping Confirmation

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, natural disasters, public holidays, customs inspections, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Foresttrail is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by customers.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been lost in transit, customers should contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

Damaged Deliveries

If an item arrives damaged, customers should contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged package and product.
