Refund policy

Foresttrail wants every customer to shop with confidence. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unused and in original condition.
• Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.
• Show no signs of misuse, modification, or damage caused by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Opened hobby boxes, trading card packs, or collectible products.
• Products with broken factory seals.
• Customized or special-order items.
• Clearance or final-sale merchandise.
• Gift cards.
• Items damaged through misuse.

Metal Detector Returns

Metal detectors may be returned if they remain in new condition and include all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and components.

Manufacturer Defects

If a product contains a manufacturing defect, customers should contact us immediately. We will assist in arranging a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, customers must contact Foresttrail to obtain return authorization instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the product is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Foresttrail will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days following inspection and approval.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for defective or damaged products, subject to product availability.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Foresttrail directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Our support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns promptly.
